Join us for a day full of Community care
Join us for a day of nourishing your body and spirit with community. In the morning we will offer a by-donation workshop on Breast/Chest Lymphatic Care and Ayurvedic Womb Care. In the afternoon, a team of practitioners of various modalities will be available for sliding scale body work and Ayurvedic consults including: Breast/Chest Lymphatic Care, Uterine Alignments, and more. Nourishing snacks and teas will be available throughout the day and we invite you to mix and mingle with new friends in the space.

Lymphatic Breast Massage & Uterine Alignments: Do you have questions or concerns about your breast tissue and your uterus? This is an informative body work session to support you in moving your lymph, addressing areas of concern in your breast tissue, and ensuring that your uterus is in alignment.

Bio: Aloha! I am a certified & licensed massage therapist, clinical herbalist, and teacher based in Kauai (HI) & Sonoma County (CA). I specialize in women's health-based bodycare & education, including lymphatic breast massage, abdominal massage, and uterine alignments. Bio: I am an Ayurvedic practitioner, postpartum doula, health educator and mother who supports women in navigating the arch of womanhood with sacred wisdom practices to cultivate a deeper connection with our inner selves, our bodily knowing and our authentic power. I have a background in community centered health education and have facilitated workshops and events for many years. I have a Masters in Ayurveda and have studied Ayurvedic herbalism, Ayurvedic bodywork therapies, Ayurvedic postpartum care and other integrative modalities. I have been in practice for over 10 yrs. Katie’s Bio: Ciao amici! As a Natural Chef, I offer meal delivery services, support for new mamas & families, folks recovering from illness or surgery, and retreat cooking. I bring living ingredients together-- seasonal, foraged, local, color-rich, flavorful, to encourage deep nourishment. I cook as a way to bridge our bodies with the earth body. I chose to work with local farms and seasonal ingredients in addition to foraged fare from the forests, oceans and trails of Northern California. My work is informed by nature, my Italian and Jewish ancestry, movement practices, and my beautiful community.

Hello! I am an artist, full spectrum doula, and current student of Ayurveda and herbalism. My henna service is an offering to the altars that are our unique bodies. I find great joy in adorning folks and making them feel beautiful and celebrated in their vessels.
