Hello! My name is Abbey and I am a healer, activist, earth-tender and artist
I am trained in Ayurveda, Polarity Therapy, Yoga, Regenerative Permaculture Design, Herbalism & More.
I live in Sebastopol, CA on unceded Coast Miwok and Southern Pomo Land amongst the redwoods and wildflowers.
My intention is to support you in connecting to your body, the Earth & community. I hold space for deep transformation & healing through health consultations, body work and classes.
