I ship all shop orders every Thursday afternoon from USPS using Ground Advantage shipping. Packages will arrive 5-7 days after the date of shipping.

I use only organic ingredients in my products and make everything by hand. I use local and fairtrade products whenever possible. Many of the herbs, including lavender, calendula, rose, tulsi, mugwort, and more I am able to grow and harvest myself.

If you aren’t satisfied with your product, send an email to hello@abbeyjoyhealing.com and we will find the best option to replace or refund your product. Any products returned within 30 days of arrival at your home will be refunded 100%.

The majority of my products are made with pregnancy and breastfeeding safe herbs. I recommend that if you put on any of the salves, you wipe off excess before breastfeeding to avoid digestive disturbances for your little one. Tinctures, Bitters and Glycerines have a long shelf life and are good for at least 1 year without refrigeration. You may keep them in the fridge for extended shelf life.

I do not use preservatives in any of my body products such as salves and creams, so I recommend using them within 3 months.

All teas are most potent within the first year after purchase, but are still good for about a year after that.
