Welcome to Abbey Joy Healing. By accessing or using this website, booking a session, or purchasing a product, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. About Our Services

Abbey Joy Healing offers Ayurvedic bodywork, wellness education, and handmade herbal products, including sessions such as cupping, gua sha, massage, hot stone therapy, lymphatic drainage, hormone guidance, and Ayurvedic advisement. These services are offered for general wellness and relaxation purposes.

2. Not Medical Advice

Nothing provided through this website, our sessions, products, blog, podcast, or email content is intended as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Abbey Joy Healing is not a substitute for care from a licensed physician or medical provider. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical condition, pregnancy, or before beginning any new wellness practice, especially if you are currently under medical care or taking medication.

Statements regarding herbal products and their traditional uses have not been evaluated by the FDA. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

3. Session Bookings & Cancellations

  • All new clients begin with a Welcome Session prior to receiving customized bodywork.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment must be paid in full.

  • If you arrive 15 minutes late to an appointment you will be charged in full for the appointment.

  • Community clinic sessions are offered on a sliding scale as availability allows.

4. Assumption of Risk

Bodywork and touch-based therapies carry inherent risks. By booking a session, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating and assume responsibility for communicating any relevant health conditions, allergies, injuries, or concerns prior to your session. Abbey Joy Healing will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your needs but cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

5. Products & Purchases

  • All products sold through this website (teas, elixirs, balms, salves) are handmade in small batches and intended for external or dietary use as directed on the product label.

  • Please review all ingredient lists carefully before use, particularly if you have known allergies or sensitivities.

  • Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final. If there is a defect with your product, please reach out to hello@abbeyjoyhealing.com and we will do our best to replace or refund your product.

  • All orders will be shipped out weekly on Thursdays and will be sent USPS Ground Advantage. They should arrive within 5-7 days of shipping.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including but not limited to text, images, photographs, logos, videos, and course/podcast materials, is the property of Abbey Joy Healing and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

7. Website Use

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not use this site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality, or interfere with any other party's use of the site.

8. Limitation of Liability
